Napoli-Frosinone, Maradona Stadium Heading Toward Sold-Out: De Bruyne-Vergara Battle for Midfield
Upper ring nearly full for Saturday, October 10 clash: Allegri recovers two players from infirmary, starting midfield spot in doubt
The Maradona is preparing for another full house. According to TuttoNapoli.net, the upper ring of the stadium is nearly sold out ahead of Napoli-Frosinone, scheduled for Saturday, October 10. A crowd that is set to push the Azzurri as the championship resumes following the international break.
Two Recoveries for Allegri
The pause from international commitments has also benefited Napoli's infirmary. As TuttoNapoli.net reports, Allegri will have two confirmed returns available for the clash against Frosinone, a valuable opportunity ahead of the championship restart.
Midfield Ballot
The question remains over the starting lineup in midfield. Il Mattino, as reported by TuttoNapoli.net, compared the seasonal playing time of Kevin De Bruyne and Vergara, noting that at the moment the latter would have the advantage for a starting spot on Saturday at the Maradona, with the Belgian ready to start initially from the bench.
A ballot that will be clarified on the eve of the match, while supporters continue to fill the stands ahead of what promises to be a closely contested match.
