Jennifer Lopez Surprises Diners at La Gioia San Marco in Brera

Jennifer Lopez chose Milan and, specifically, the restaurant La Gioia San Marco in Brera for a surprise dinner Monday evening. As reported by MilanoToday, the popstar arrived around 9 p.m., catching diners already seated at the tables by surprise.

A Tight Security Evening

Jennifer Lopez arrived accompanied by five people and escorted by five security staff members. Her stay at the restaurant lasted approximately two hours; among the dishes, MilanoToday reports, was also a cacio e pepe, which is also cited by the weekly magazine Chi for details of the menu and the evening.

The artist's visit was also captured on the restaurant's own social media profiles.

At the Galleria for Vogue World

According to ANSA, Jennifer Lopez participated in Vogue World: Milano, the event organized by Anna Wintour for Condé Nast streamed live from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, closed to the public for the occasion. Among the other guests of the five-act show, which inaugurated Milano Fashion Week, were names from Italian fashion such as Dolce e Gabbana, Renzo Rosso, Remo Ruffini, Elisabetta Franchi, Donatella Versace and Alessandro Michele.

Not Her First Time in Milan

According to MilanoToday, Jennifer Lopez had already been in the city last summer, during a trip to Italy that also included a visit to the Cenacolo Vinciano in Santa Maria delle Grazie with her children. The popstar had shared on social media that the trip was a gift for her twins Max and Oskar, on the occasion of their graduation.
